All disposable items are equipped, unlike the hotel in Bangkok where you have to buy your own toothbrush. I'm glad I chose this hotel between Marriott and this one, and it's very cost-effective. Service: The waiters are very quiet and polite. The hotel is mostly staffed by foreigners, and the staff can basically communicate normally in Chinese and English.
