Very nice hotel located in the centre of Chiang Mai. Very close to night market. A free gift from the hotel is given to all rooms upon arrival. The staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast area.

This was our second time staying here. It is a great hotel. The amenities are great. The rooms are clean. The pool is wonderful. The welcome gift is also really nice.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast and pool is OK. It's not 5 star hotel, and not new. The beds are not comfortable, very stiff mattress. We received a nice welcome gift and fruit in the room, but we slept very bed. Will not come back. Staff is friendly.

Suite room was prefect for me, the staff was welcoming and everything was just prefect. Very new and well furnished.

The hotel service is good, the price is acceptable. But, the the toilet got some problems, it can not be flushed!

Nice clean hotel, courteous staff, walking distance to some local eateries. But the toiletries provided were sub-standard, not of 5-star standard.

The Hotel is new and in a quiet location S.E. of the old City, although still within reasonable walking distance to the East Gate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, with many fine attentive touches. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. One snag is that there is no cafe or restaurant after breakfast time, except the ones in the old Empress next door.

we stay at the same hotel for the 3 years and it is always feeling like HOME. The staff is professional and very polite Swimming pool is super Great variety of choice in buffet breakfast

This hotel has excellent facilities and very comfortable. The food is fine and the staff in restaurant have excellent service.

Location is rather quiet off main busy *****. They assigned me a room facing a cemetery!!! Omg... Facilities wise quite good. But lobby itself is quiet like graveyard

An excellent choice

It was a wonderful experience staying at this Hotel, and truly exceeded our expectation ! From staff to amenities all were so soo good! However breakfast options were limited and this could definitely be improved 👍

The hotel's location is often confused with the Empress Hotel, taxi drivers often failed to send us to the front door of the hotel. The breakfast is very basic. The service is generally ok.

A big spot in my sheet, I guess they have not cleaned or changed before my checkin. I arrive one hour earlier but they still arrange a room for me. The drain in bathroom is a nightmare. They charged me 1000 for late check out (5pm).
