I stayed for six nights, here. Good location. friendly staffs and clean room. Everything was quite good.
The only one thing to keep in mind is, if you're sensitive to noise when you sleep, it's a good idea to request an inner room when check-in.
The room with balconies facing the main road could be noisy at night with sounds from road vehicles and nearby pubs.

The location is great and the room was nice. Everything was ok. However, there was a really bad smell coming out of the drain in the shower and I had to call the reception twice to come and take care of it (I was there for three nights). In addition, there is a pond with a lot of frogs right outside the window which made sleeping quite difficult as the frogs were very loud, but they did quiet down sometime after midnight.

Nice location in the old town. 15-20 minutes walk to the old city gates. Friendly staff helped with booking tours and taxis.

Staff were excellent. Very happy to promote their beautiful city so they were very helpful in giving tips for a better stay in Chiangmai. Language wasn’t a barrier in this hotel.
Location of hotel was excellent with good food outlets, local and exotic , located within 500m any directions. Many famous and beautiful temples within walking distance as well. Hotel condition is very new and clean. Sunday evening night market is in front of hotel.

The hotel is dishonest. I booked a superior room with a window, but when I got there, I got a small room without a window. After complaining, I was given a room that was exactly the same as the one pictured when booking. The fuss lasted 3 hours. Very tired and annoyed. I do not recommend this hotel. Very dishonest.
