Great hotel - clean, spacious… even has a green space and its own coffee cafe!

For a quiet and relaxing close to Chiang Mai activities. You can’t beat it. I will come back. Only small issue is the lack of outside view and light in some rooms.

Very friendly staff who did extra to help. Lovely and quite surrounding with a beautiful garden, a great Italian restaurant and nice swimming pool. Would like to come back again.

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet and good location and a couple of km’s from the vibrant nimmanheiman st.

What I liked: 1. Cleanliness: the room, the territory, and the common areas were clean and tidy. 2. Service: very pleasant service, friendly staff who are always ready to help. Many write about excellent service and this is really true! 3. Territory: well-groomed, beautiful and large. There is a swimming pool, an Italian restaurant, and just a wonderful cafe where they give a coupon for 1 drink per day per person 4. Large selection of breakfasts, 6there is an option to take breakfast with you 5. Peace and quiet around, you can have a good rest 6. The rest: plumbing in excellent condition, reception 24/7, delicious smell both in the hotel and from the towels)), parking spaces, toilet on the territory What was a little upsetting: 1. The hotel is not in the center. For us it was a plus, because we took a car and it is quite difficult for a foreigner to drive it in the center. But keep in mind: it takes 20-30 minutes to get to the airport, 15-20 minutes to get to the center. The road to the hotel is quite narrow with turns, but there are mirrors everywhere) 2. There was not enough of a hall) we saw that there was a hall on the territory of the condo opposite, but we were not sure that hotel visitors could go there. 3. The cafe closes early and opens late: we did not always have time to go there before/after our departures. To summarize: For us there were no critical minuses, but there were pleasant and unexpected pluses. We recommend it 100%

I like Chiang Mai and this hotel! The waiter's attitude is very good, but it seems that he doesn't know how to clean the room by default? It's very quiet, which is the style I like. Breakfast is a la carte and you can only choose one staple food, but the portion is large and there is free fruit milk coffee and bread.

The room is large and very clean. The location of the hotel is a bit secluded but very quiet. The breakfast and swimming pool are great. The family and children are very happy. Highly recommended. It is convenient to take a taxi to most places with about 100 plants.

Although the location is a remote place, about 15 minutes by car from the city, there is no lodging of this size and good quality in Nimman City. It is a perfect place for a peaceful break. It was one of the best memories of my trip to Chiang Mai. oh The front desk gives you a coupon for two cups of coffee in proportion to the number of days you stay. Nice and clean

We were blown away when we walked into this hotel. Our room was spectacular. It big, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable and clean. But it doesn’t stop there, the staff was so professional and helpful booking us anything we asked for. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast amazing. Also on the grounds is a coffee shop, wine cellar and Italian restaurant that we went to and loved. This was the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed one night and really wish we stayed longer. The bar is nice, stocked with proper whiskey/booze and plenty of high end wines. The restaurant is really good and located on hotel grounds, it gets visited by a lot of big wig locals. The road to the hotel is under construction so it was a little confusing the first time getting there but worth it once you are there.

The location is great, with a big beautiful garden and a lot of places where you can read or work. The rooms are big and very nice with a lot of extras includee: complimentary water and juice. The breakfast was good and also you have included in the price also two drinks per day at the coffee store near where the coffee is great.
