The room has a very odd layout with separate small glass cubicles for the toilet and shower. They do not feel very private.
The hotel is also next door to a music bar. It was very loud until 1 am so I didn't sleep well.

Location is not so good, no restaurant or store nearby.
The room I booked was at promotion price, so the room I got was next to the pub. The music was very loud until 3 am. I asked the staff for changing the room and eventually got charge extra of THB 50 for the change.
Internet is not stable.
The toilet is not good, the shower got water leakage.
I feel like the room didn't meet the general standard of B2 chain. Pretty disappointed.

เปิดประตูห้องเข้าไปปุ๊บ กลิ่นในห้องน้ำคือเหม็นมาก
ตอนจะเช็คเอ้ามีเจ้าหน้าที่โทรมาแจ้งต้องเช็คเอ้าก่อนเที่ยง
อันนี้น่าจะเรื่องปกติ( แต่ไม่ค่อยได้เจอแบบโทรแจ้งก่อน )
เพราะปกติก็ลงไปเช็คเอ้าก่อนเวลาตลอด
พนักงานก็เหมือนไม่ค่อยแคร์ไม่ค่อยสนใจเท่าไหร่
ตอนไปเช็คอินเราก็ไม่รู้ทางไหน พนักงานนั่งอยู่ด้านในก็ไม่ออกมาเรียก พอเข้าไปเช็คอินเอกสาร ก็คุยกันแต่เรื่องของกิน ไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้าเลย เหมือนทำให้มันเสร็จๆไป บริการห่วยมาก
