Clean, spacious room. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the center in a quiet location. In the morning you are woken up by birdsong instead of car noise. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. You really feel welcome. You get 2 bottles of water and fresh towels in your room every day.

Torneremo per sempre qui ! Questi appartamenti sono il massimo del comfort, della pulizia e dell’accoglienza! La posizione è ottimale, la zona è tranquilla e la notte c’è silenzio. Lo staff è composto da sole donne, una più gentile dell’altra, tutte super attente e sorridenti. Siamo tornati qui già 2 volte! Se mi offrissero di vivere qui direi si senza esitare ! Il bonus è Mahjong , il loro cane meraviglioso e super gentile, se ti piacciono i cani lui sarà il tuo migliore amico, se invece non sei amante non preoccuparti, la proprietaria è sempre rispettosa e attenta a mettergli la museruola ( anche se non servirebbe perché ripeto è un cane davvero socievole e buono) Queste persone e Mahjong resteranno per sempre nei nostri cuori ! Apartment style with hotel style ammenities. The owners are very nice and accomidating with recommendations for the area. Great communication. Located a short walkable distance outside the old city walls offering a quieter more local experience. Has a big gate that locks at night (10 I believe) giving added security. Very clean and well maintained. Room serviced daily. There is a nice bakery pretty close by. Recommend 10/10. Stayed 5 nights but would stay longer.

I have stayed twice at Laphkham House and highly recommend this place. Is very centrally located in Chiang Mai with walking distance to the most and with a great view of the city. Very friendly and helpful female owner who does everything to help her guests so that they have a great stay in Chiang Mai. Large and lovely rooms with good aircon and nice large balcony. Good wifi. I can only recommend staying at Laphkham House in Chiang Mai.

This place is brilliant! The rooms are reasonably priced, the place is neat and quiet, and you’re only 5-10 mins walk to the old city and everything else around you. The host is brilliant, she has really good English and will give you all the best recommendations for the local area. Strongly recommend this place

I have resided at the Laphkham House for the past four months. The owner lives on the property and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to immigration questions, opening bank accounts, and recommendations for tours, medical facilities, shopping, or any other subject concerning your stay in Chiangmai. The building is fairly new and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and the furniture and fixtures are of quallity. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and there is building security through a hard key and a key card. I am very pleased with my stay and intend to stay here for the next several months.
