Hotel located in the old town and have access to many amenities. The hotel interior is modern and well maintained. The only issue is parking if you have a car. There is no parking at this hotel and you have to park along a busy street nearby.

It’s a small . Clean and friendly space.
There have 24hr cafe and snacks,but the entry road is too small, and I don’t like the room so small , but it’s a value choice.

Good location. Down a small side street so need to walk short distance to road for pick ups.
Clean, relatively small rooms but adequate for short stay.
Staff very helpful, kind, arranged laundry and airport taxi.
Free bottled water, tea, bean-to-cup coffee machine in lobby.
Particularly like that the hotel is trying to be sustainable/green/eco. Rare in Thailand so good work.
Would stay again.

A very strategic hotel located at Chiangmai. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are also delicious. Don't forget to try out the cinnamon apple on toast by order.

Although the basin was strangely put in the room rather in the bathroom as normally expected, the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. They can speak very good English and treat us like their family. My daughter loves the two cats in the hotel. Deeply impressed experience. Thanks

Really nice hotel. Convenient location in the old city. Comfortable and consistently clean room throughout the stay. The hotel feels intimate in a very good way, thanks to its design and concept. Most of all, the amazingly helpful and friendly staff, especially the girl who checked us in. I didn’t get her name but I’m sure she knows who she is. It’s quite rare and so nice to experience such genuine hospitality 🙏🏼 I definitely recommend and will be back if I had to go to Chiang Mai again 🙌🏼

Hygiene:
Very clean. Basically, I felt that the hygiene was very good from the beginning.
Environment: Very comfortable. This time I stayed on the first floor. There is a small green garden.
Service: The staff is also very good. They are very responsive. Very nice!
Free fruit is available🍉🍍. I booked three mornings but only ate two days. Hahaha. The hotel breakfast is also very good. It allows me to get up early.

The location of POR Tha Pae Gate Hotel is very convenient. Within a 10-minute walk, there are currency exchange shops, massage parlors, Boots drug stores, 7-11, restaurants and bars; the hotel counter staff are friendly and enthusiastic, the room and swimming pool are very clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious , the two store cats are incredibly cute, highly recommended.
