Love the hotel, located at the north gate of old town, a few good bars within walking distance. The room is clean and new very good decor as well.

This hotel is really great! You can see nice art everywhere, in the cafe, the lobby and the rooms. The hotel even has it's own art gallery. I read in a previous review that someone was complaining about the breakfast and the missing egg. I don't share this view at all: The breakfast is really great, you have 8!! options to chose from and you can get an egg and a piece of cake on top! The staff is extremly friendly and the room was really clean with a stylish bathroom. I would definately stay here again!!

The blankets and the bedsheets in the room were too thick. I was sweating profusely even when the aircon was as 20 degrees celcius. Sadly , i also had food poisoning after having the breakfast from the hotel. Other than that , everything was fine

Clean comfortable good location

We was staying in Penthouse for 3 days The room is nice and tidy in general. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel need to redesign the breakfast. It’s really bad. Not even an egg in my  continental breakfast. Or simply skip the breakfast and find some cafe nearby. Staff is quite nice and helpful

Overall, it is clean and there are no auxiliary facilities, but the staff is friendly and Chang Puak Night Market is close. Breakfast is also generous.

The room is clean, beautiful, comfortable to sleep in, and very new. I like it very much. If I come back next time, I will stay here again.

Every staff member in the hotel has a very good attitude and is eager to answer questions and provide hotel supplies. The room was big and clean. Breakfast is a set, rich and delicious. The dining area has a high ceiling and beautiful decoration. Looking out the window while having breakfast feels leisurely and relaxing.

A newly discovered boutique hotel, although it is outside the old city, it is close to Thapae Gate. After living in the old city for a few days, I moved back to this hotel. It is comfortable. Breakfast needs to be paid separately and it is delicious.

The location is okay, on the north side of the ancient city It is very convenient to go to Niman Road, JJ Market, Warolo Market and Changkang Night Market The hotel staff are very friendly and have no problem communicating in English. There is a welcome drink when checking in. The room was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning is strong enough. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, and various movie programs on the TV, which is great. The hotel's soundproofing equipment is also very good. No other tenants could be heard except for the sound of the door closing. Overall, I like it here very much. Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I will stay here again.

The overall environment is comfortable. There are many furniture and decorations of suitable styles in the room, which makes the guests feel honored. Unfortunately, there are many mosquitoes, which affects the quality of sleep.

The location is outside the ancient city wall, there are not many shops nearby, and the only way to get in and out is by Grab. The hotel staff are friendly, the facilities are new, and the room decoration is great. Breakfast is not buffet style, it is filling and tastes great.

In both standard and superior rooms, you can choose two single beds, which will be better than a double bed. When checking out, the staff at the counter actually helped carry the luggage to the car, which was very considerate.
