Hotel awful rude scammy stuff, in rooms in the bed so many bugs I kill over night , hotel 1 star not 4 , hotel nothing special location bad pool no sun cold , room cleaning very bad bathroom was full of long hair , not mine. The prices in hotel not local they rip off white tax .they charge us so much on They didn't check the information with us for the wash, didn't let us sign and want $40 for a couple of T-shirts , The hotel is not worth the money at all in general this whole part of the country is a tourist scam, there is nothing to do here, everything is very far away. And they hold us in hotel like a hostages no offering watter nothing while we trying figure out their scam, they call to police they was in are side we net pay amount they ask police was fine with everything and we left . From photo hotel look fine but pool to cold u can’t swim there tourist trap that it

Great hotel and good location right by the river. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and tidy and nicely furnished. Included breakfast has a great Thai ice tea

The staff is very helpful. All you need is accommodated with reasonable price. We choose poolside room this time. And that is very enjoyable stay.

As this is a heritage hotel its natural that the fixtures and fittings as well as furnitures are old and mostly wooden ones. Even their gym is open air style (not in a typical air conditioned room). So depends what you want to experience. Hotel is located in the older part of the city so not as accessible most shops or restaurants around the area closes early not very happening at night. Staff are very helpful even the security guard helps to keep a lookout for the grab cab i called. Room is big and spacious.

My wife and I stayed here for 4D3N. The overall experience was very relaxing and comfortable. The staff, breakfast, and swimming pool are all very nice.

The hotel is great. The services are very good. The Deck 1 restaurant offered 10% off to guests and the food is fantastic. They have a free birthday cakes to my daughter to celebrate birthday with her. The Spa services is fantastic. However, when we go to Deck 1 for semi buffet breakfast, we need to cross the road and is quite scary. The breakfast quality is great.
