Absolutely loved the room and pool and option to get drinks at pool, room was so clean and spacious, staff were incredibly helpful and the location was only 2 mins from basic shops and laundry and 6min walk from big shopping centre. Bar a few doors down although expensive is lively and fun! Only one thing, the planes were a little loud but didn't bother us much.

Hotel is big and nice, rooms are decent.
Breakfast was average, not many options for vegetarian food lovers but there are places near by (7 eleven) and other where you can get food, there is a food plus ready made market opposite the university (hardly 1 km) which offer great variety and value for money.

We had an executive suite on the eighth floor with breathtaking views. The room is large and clean, in soothing colors with stunning lighting of your choice. Large bathroom with jacuzzi, large sink, good water pressure in the shower. Great 4 star hotel, beautiful wooden decor and statues. Variety of tasty breakfasts, good coffee. The pool and gym are open from 6 am to 9 pm. 30 minutes walk to the old town. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked an executive room. It has spectacular views of the city. Great panoramic windows, comfortable bed, even jacuzzi. Worth the price to have a getaway for couple nights. Highly recommend 😻

The room is clean, besides sound proof is better than most of the smaller hotels. The swimming pool is quite big and there's also a gym for getting body fitness. Breakfast buffet has quite a variety of food, including the daily white rice and fried rice. Bread and buns is available too. Salads and fruits are another attraction. For coffee lovers, there's a coffee machine that produce espresso, Latté, cappuccino etc.

The room is relatively clean and simple. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. You have to bring your own slippers and ask the counter for them. It is a 5-minute drive from Maya Department Store. It is very close to the hotel. There are massages and the famous Four Color Toast on foot. There are bars and 7-11 next to the hotel because when I went there It's too cold so no one goes swimming. The room was clean and the staff provided good service. Before booking, I called to ask about a room with a single bed and the staff informed me that there was a room available. Later, when checking in, the staff informed me that there was only a room with a double bed left. However, the staff was able to solve the problem excellently.
