Very affordable, great location, room was clean and modern. Aircon works well, shower pressure strong. Cannot fault this hotel. Worth more than 5 stars.

Reasonable price with good interior design, worth money, just a little things such as too strong water for cleaning in toilet and a little string smell in bathroom, overall is good

Room is clean, location is good, near old town region, walking distance to many attractions. Arrived a bit early, I’m allowed to check in early.

Great little hotel just off the main road down a side street but still close enough to everything some nice bars and restaurants nearby - pool is more like a large jacuzzi I would happily stay again

The hotel is in a convenient location, but roads near the hotel are dark. The room was properly cleaned, but it looked damaged a bit.

Extremely Handy to everywhere in the Heart of Chang Mai but away from the noise. Have a car park only 30 mtrs from Hotel. Hook you up with the local app for Taxis and gives you the price before you leave. Excellent. Will use again, walking distance to Bazaar, Bars and some great restaurants.

I love the 3 nights I spent at this hotel 🧡 The staff were awesome, helpful, and approachable! It's close enough to Tha Phae Gate, within walking distance, but far enough from the noise of the main thoroughfares. The simplicity of the rooms and how spacious my unit was a blessing! Everything is clean, organized, and modern. The staff can also communicate in English which is very welcoming to those who can't speak Thai 🤩 Definitely a five star experience!

As others have written, this is a hidden gem. It is nothing special, but it is clean, new, in a great location, and, most importantly, quiet! The room is in great condition with a smart TV (netflix, etc.). Shower is hot and strong. Facilities are basic; they have a little pool out front. At this price point, one cannot expect much. It’s a five-minute walk to the main drag with restaurants, massage places, etc. Best of all, it’s dead quiet. I was on the top floor, the back side of the building, and heard *zero* noise from the outside. I also heard no noise from neighbors and very little noise from the hall. Maybe I got lucky, but I will take it. They have a breakfast buffet but I did not avail of it, so I cannot comment. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel located on silent street. The room is clean with new furniture. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly personal. Stylish lobby. The bar street is just 100 meters away. Convinient location. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and quiet hotel. Staff are great and the place is not too far from night market or the old city.
