The place is convience to access many destinations. I believe I probably go back next visit.

The price offering is really great. But you get what you pay - the managers are probably also the owners, do not look like they are in this business. I have never seen someone at the frontdesk. It might be difficult to communicate if anything comes up. The hotel is almost brand new though.

Clean and nice no frills hotel..

It seems like it's run by a family, and they are truly kind. And I didn't see a single ant in the accommodation during the 4 nights. I also liked the water bottles left in front of the door every morning. The location was a little dark around at night, but it was okay once I got used to it. The only thing I regret is that the water temperature is not high, so it's a little cold when showering? Other than that, it was really the best.

Located in the ancient city, just two minutes' walk from the hotel is 711 and Chiang Mai Gate Night Market. The hotel room is large, clean and tidy. There is a local temple behind the hotel, directly behind it. There is a white pagoda inside. The local horse killing chicken next to the white pagoda costs 180 baht for an hour. It is very authentic and a good experience.
