The door makes loud noise when open and close, the balcony is not clean, and restroom has strange smell. But the room look good for this price

I love this hotel, every time when I visit Chiangmai, I will choose Vulcano because I love decoration, the room is so much clean with full of amenities. The service is excellent, if you need any help, you can call the staff immediately as well as the bar and restaurant downstairs are very wonderful atmosphere. The price is reasonable and valuable, I recommend this place for every who come to visit Chiangmai!!!!

It's a so-so place to stay with not much interaction as we hardly saw the receptionist. The room is quite old without any renovation. The location is good as you can find many good nearby restaurants.

The room had a bad smell, the furniture were very old and overall not worth the price , paid around 2000 Baht . Could not find the remote and no information about the WiFi .

This is our 2nd times staying here. We checked in late at night. No one is at the front desk table but they leave the key for us on the table. Seems like we got the bigger room than the one we booked! Worth the money. I think it’s one of the cheapest hotel in this area.

Don't be fooled by the photos posted on social media!!! The reality is even worse than meeting in person!!! First, we arrived at the hotel at 4pm. There was no one at the front desk. We called around before someone came to check us in. Then, after checking in, we took the elevator upstairs. The elevator and the corridor were like a county guesthouse, a bit dark and eerie. Then, we entered the room. The floor and walls were not "white" at all! It was just like an old house built 40 years ago, old! Dirty! And there were cracks! The leather sofa was also dirty! The beige leather was yellowing, can you imagine? But I had no choice but to find a place to sit down first. As a result, not long after I sat down, an ant crawled on my hand! ! ! ! Also! The sheets and bedspreads were pilling! ! ! There was hair in the quilt! ! ! My hair stood up! ! There were cigarette butts on the balcony...! As a result, we went downstairs to report this problem, and they told us that there was no other room to change, and they could not decide to cancel this order. So I contacted Ctrip to help cancel, and Ctrip said that the front desk needed to agree to cancel for free. After communicating with the front desk, he took our keys and went up to check the room, asking if you want to check out, OK. But after answering the phone, it was not OK again.... I really... ! ! ! ! Listen to me, Family members really!!! Don't go!!! ! ! ! ! Friends really don't stay there!!!
