We live on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. It is not suitable for large and heavy luggage, but the guys will help you carry it up. The original details stated that there is no air conditioning, but there is air conditioning! Turn right at the Burger King at the main entrance of Tha Pae Gate and walk into the first alley for three minutes. The staff are very nice. If you like high-end hotels, this is not the place for you. If you like local culture, this hotel actually has the best room decoration. It's quite ok. It's good to take a songthaew to get close to the scenery. It's 20 baht per person. The Sunday night market is even more convenient. Just walk out and it's the beginning of the night market.

I am enjoying the stay with my wife and son . Beautiful Clean rooms, comfy beds and sheets, friendly and accommodating staff, good wifi, good location, English tv channels on tv. Great aircon and bathroom. Staff have good English and went out of there way and loaned us towels for day trip to swim with elephants

Staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating, very helpful and easy to talk to. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child, our son got his own bed. Bed linen was amazing, crisp, fresh sheets, new towels every day and exceptionally clean and tidy. This room made our stay in Chiang Mai so comfortable and convenient. Location is central and close to everything. Fantastic price aswell. As a family who travels often, I highly recommend this hotel.
