Location was good, central but quiet. Room was large. Pool was refreshing. Nice temple nearby.

Friendly staff but lack amenities. For the price, it's value for money. I am sure an electric kettle in the room will be much appreciated.

Big spacious room with daily housekeeping. The swimming pool is inside, which is more like a bath. There is a rooftop with sunloungers

Pros: in the center of the old city. Spacious room. Clean. They gave boiling water in the evening. Cons: few sockets in the room, noisy in the evenings. Very modest breakfast. Old repairs in the room. I lived on the 3rd floor, it was hard to drag my suitcase upstairs. There was not even soap in the toilet, there were bags with cheap and seemingly old shampoo. Total: unfortunately, there is no desire to come again.

I love this hotel with all my heart! I'm ready to return to it again and again. It has its own unique atmosphere. Traditional flavor both in the corridors and in the rooms. Really spacious room. My favorite lounge area is on the roof. Where you can do yoga at dawn and just sunbathe. A swimming pool overlooking the golden tops of an ancient temple. In the heart of the old city. Right next to the hotel, opposite the wall with graffiti, there is an excellent, clean cafe, where you are treated like your best friend, the food is delicious and really cheap. Many beautiful places nearby, several night markets, cats cafe, and much more. I was here 7 years ago and really wanted to come back here. I accidentally booked SK house 1 for the first 2 nights. I was a little upset. I will write a review about SK1 separately. It also has its own charm. But SK2 is definitely better for me, and the price is the same. Then I moved to my beloved Sk2 and enjoyed the nostalgia. Everything is the same here. A family-like welcome, familiar faces. I didn't give it the maximum rating to be objective. The bed linen and blankets are certainly in dire need of replacement. Everything is stained and stained. It spoils the impression. Plus there is no view from the window and no balcony. But I had the most economical option, a room with a fan (no air conditioning). Perhaps there are rooms with a better view. But if anything you can always eat on the terrace in the hallway or on the roof 👍. The fan is very powerful and did its job perfectly. The price is very affordable. Therefore, despite some disadvantages, all other advantages clearly outweigh. And next time I will come here again. Necessarily.

The staff is friendly and assists us with any request, even a night taxi to Chiang Rai with a stop to attend the lantern festival, a big thank you! Hotel location excellent in the center of Chiang Mai. No shampoo or shower gel.

We chose this place because it’s in our favourite area of Chiang Mai right next to Wat Chang Man in the north central part of the square, it is very affordable and it had a pool. We stayed here twice during our trip in June 2022 (4-5 nights). We weren’t disappointed. This is a really nice place with areas to sit, eat, drink, hang out and meet fellow travellers in the restaurant area in the lobby/entrance. They even had some games to play here (Jenga, etc.). The pool is nice, clean and goes deep. The rooms are nice and clean as well. The first time we stayed in a double/twin room with fan and second time we opted for a triple room with A/C. We were able to park our scooters out front and didn’t have any issues. There is nice cheap coin laundry right next door where you can do your own laundry.

The hotel is located in a quiet narrow side street. The room has a desk, a small table, 2 chairs, a wardrobe, a mini-fridge and a TV. There is not enough kettle. The window in the room faces the wall of the neighboring building, there is practically no sunlight. The beds are a bit narrow, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the linen is decent. The bathroom has a shower, temperature and water pressure are excellent. They give you mini soap and 2 sachets of shampoo. To clean and change towels, you need to put up a sign, otherwise they won’t come. There is a 24-hour reception, there is also a thermopot, you can pour hot water, you can also take cups from the cafe. But it’s unpleasant that smoking is allowed in the common area at the reception. The smell spreads throughout the entire first floor. On the roof you can sunbathe (there are 3 sun loungers) and dry your things. There is a swimming pool, but the water is cool. The staff is friendly. You can purchase excursions from them. Also, upon request, they ordered a taxi for us to the airport, thank you!

Lovely hotel on a quiet street. It is just behind Wat Chang Man. The gentleman at reception was very kind. The rooms are comfortable. The pool is quite cold but it stretches your legs after a day at the market. The only downside is that the breakfast is not very plentiful in the breakfast included formula. But I will go back without hesitation
