It’s on the water, magnificent view of sunrise or sunset. You don’t have to go further. Enjoy on the large terrace with a cocktail. The breakfast is tasty and with sufficient choice. My room was also beautiful with a small terrace with 2 chairs, it gives much privacy. I arrived at sunrise and they offered me breakfast free of charge, what a nice welcome. I’ll rate it as a romantic hotel.

When we arrived we did not check the condition of the room, what a mistake. The shower was completely clogged, the shower curtain too short. Let's move on to the room itself. Despite the ‘boutique’ name, the hotel is simple, without any luxury. But it is enough for a few days stay in Chiang Mai, we were satisfied. We stayed in a spacious room, with a small balcony. We were unlucky with the bathroom, which flooded after every shower (I don't know if this is a general problem at the hotel). Cleaning was good and so was the service. Helpful and friendly receptionists. The breakfast is simple but ok. There are three options: American, Thai rice and soup. In the American version, it comes with watermelon, sliced bread, parsley, fried egg, butter, jelly, juice and a salad. You help yourself to coffee and/or tea. The location of the hotel is good, you can do everything on foot. Several temples nearby (one of the main ones almost next door), markets, motorbike and bicycle rental shops, restaurants, lots of shops. The main gate of the old city is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and the Night Bazaar and the river are about a 20-minute walk along Thapae Road.
