my room have bugs and cockroaches. The water smells. The room doesn't look neat.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and very comfortable

Close to the bus station and immigration office. The reception was unattended, which was inconvenient. My air conditioner leaked during my stay. The staff only provided a towel as a solution.

The hotel is fine for the price, good bed and the service was kind.

The reception staffs are friendly. Some amenities were given near reception area. But, I felt like amenities should be improved in the rooms. I like the location for myself, as it is rather near to highway bus terminal, and central festival shopping mall, and immigration office.

It’s ok for this price. But could be better. Staff wasn’t very friendly. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and they let us wait, despite room was already ready for check in.

The bathroom is adequate, the room is a little cramped, one person can handle it, the price is good, there are many cats.

Considered that the accommodation is worth the price, the air conditioner is cool, the room is spacious but quite old. You can use the word old. Both inside the room, the bathroom, the building, and at the reception. And another thing we encountered was that the blankets were moldy and the blankets were quite thin. Including the water heater not working.

Convenient transportation, easy to drive, close to the highway, easy to find, there is parking as well. The room is suitable, complete, but the room has mosquitoes. Everything is ok. We only need to stay for one night. Very good. Recommended. The water flows strong, but must be focused. Housekeeper is concerned with cleanliness.

The room is just right, the air conditioning is cool, and it's comfortable to travel anywhere. I recommend it.
