However, we believe that our proximity to the airport offers a convenient option for many of our guests, especially those arriving or departing from Chiang Mai on international flights.1. Regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom: We regret to hear that the bathroom was not properly cleaned. We have informed our housekeeping team and will ensure this does not happen again2. We would like to kindly explain the situation to ensure your understanding and empathy. When you first ordered food from outside, our staff, with the best intentions, approached you out of concern about the lack of utensils. They promptly contacted the restaurant staff and prepared the necessary utensils for you. However, due to hotel policy, we are unable to place items in guest rooms when the guest is not present.When you placed a second order and were waiting in the lobby, our staff was attending to other guests at that moment. They kindly asked if it would be possible for you to take the utensils to your room yourself, they were worried about causing you any inconvenience due to the delay.We regret that we were not able to provide the prompt and attentive service you deserve.
