The location is in walking distance to night bazarr and tha pae gate. Staffs are friendly. The room is nice and clean.

We arrived late at night, the staff are very helpful. The room is beautiful with classic lanna style. The location is good and near Tha Pea Gate.

A really nice boutique hotel with beautiful rustic rooms just 5 mins from the old city wall. All of the staff were very helpful but I must give Patrick a recommendation - he is the hotels driver, he took me out for 2 days to visit all the attractions (tiger kingdom, elephant sanctuary, temples etc) and was not only very helpful in planning the days in order to squeeze lots in, but also very informative about each activity. Would recommend booking him for a day trip or 2!

hotel is very well located, it's barely 400m from the old city. it's not one of those overpriced fancy hotels and staff are very friendly.

It happened to be a local flower festival, so many hotel rooms were empty. The rooms in this hotel are quite small, and the outdoor environment is beautiful. Remember to hang up the room before someone helps to change the wool cloth.

The room is clean. Shampoo, cream, shower can be a lot. The interior is decorated like an old house, cold air conditioner, warm water works well.
