It was an amazing experience staying in this place, the setup is wonderful, balcony , pool and th connectivity wotht he chinag mai matket and proximity with the airport. It is the perfect package. owner and staff are also very accommodating and cooperative. Loved every bit of time there.

Suitable for backpacker or wish to learn muay thai from the gym beside the hotel

Cute room, good hotel, but on the day I went the water didn't flow. So I decided to use the bathroom below the swimming pool instead.

The room was clean and tidy, quite nice, the swimming pool was also clean (we can't swim, unfortunately), the shower water was a bit unstable, the water was sometimes hot, sometimes not so hot, very quiet, the bedding was good, and I slept very comfortably. There is a cafe next to it, more than 100 meters away, very comfortable. Overall it is worth it. The only thing I don't like is that you have to take off your shoes when entering the lobby, but the floor is not so clean, and the soles of your feet are always black, hahaha.

It's a pity that I forgot to take pictures inside. It's really okay to stay here when traveling alone. It feels like home and is safe. There is a password for the entrance and exit. The staff and owners in the store are very nice. They will introduce you to the public areas and how to use the rooms in detail. Moreover, this is the first time in Chiang Mai that no deposit is required for housing. I feel that the store cares about the tenants. Very relieved😌😌😌. I don’t speak English or Thai, so I rely on translation software to communicate, and there is absolutely no problem in communication😆😆😆. Although I only stayed for one night, the people here were very lovely and friendly. When I looked at the pictures, I thought they weren’t as good-looking as the pictures, but when I arrived at the scene, I realized they were exactly the same😝😝. It is also convenient to travel in the ancient city. During the rental period, the yellow car can travel for free, which solves the surrounding travel problems. I will stay in this hotel next time.

I wanted to use the pool, but the pool didn't have a roof, so there were a lot of bugs and leaves floating around. So I couldn't use it, and the door was opened and closed with a key, so you can just think of it as a regular home room door. If you stay in a room on the first floor, it can be quite noisy because people eat breakfast at the table right in front of the door. There is no refrigerator in the room, so you have to share the refrigerator in the kitchen! When someone walks in a room on the second floor, the ceiling vibrates. If you make a reservation, we recommend a second floor room with a balcony. The room itself is pretty and clean. But the lighting is dim. The advantage is that the accommodation is pretty and friendly...!! The location was good too.

The water in the swimming pool probably has not been changed for a long time. My daughters swam in the pool for two hours. Their eyes became allergic, red and swollen, and there were rashes all over their bodies. The discomfort lasted for a long time. We informed the hotel through messager about the situation. They just send messages to apologize for what happened to us and told us the water had no problem. We were really disappointed. We booked this hotel so our daughters could enjoy the pool. As a result, not only couldn’t they swim in the pool, they were uncomfortable the whole vacation. Besides the swimming pool, the toilet is very old, the bathtub is dirty and difficult to take a bath in, and the water temperature is also very unstable, almost always cold water. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided. We didn’t ask the cleaning staff to clean the room, so no toilet paper or water was replaced for our three days of stay. The staff at the counter had difficulty communicating in English, and there was no safety box in the room, so it was difficult to store valuables. The hotel is popular among travelers with dogs. However, the three big dogs in the hotel were always chained by the swimming pool. They could only stand up and move a little. We felt bad for them. All in all, this is the worst accommodation experience we have had in Thailand for many years. We would like to advise travelers from all over the world not to try it. You will regret it very much.
