We flew into Chiang Mai in the late evening. A Grab from the airport was 120 bhat to this hotel, check in was easy and quick.
The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy!
Very clean toilet as well. The room has a TV, fridge, water and all the amenities you would expect.
We are so pleased we wanted to stay longer but it was sold out !
The cafe downstairs serves the best cappuccino I've had in a long time and the orange cake was amazing.

I stayed at The Connect Chiang Mai hotel for one night and was quite impressed with what they offer in this price range. The room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked the minimalist design of the bathroom. However, I would suggest adding a soap dispenser and hand towels at the sink for convenience when washing and drying hands.
One major advantage of this hotel is the ample parking space available inside the property. Additionally, the coffee shop located under the hotel serves good coffee, which was a nice touch.
This hotel is ideal for travelers with a vehicle as it’s conveniently located near food options, grocery stores, convenience stores, and the airport.
A small note of caution: the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so it’s best to avoid bringing large luggage. Since it’s a three-story building, be prepared to walk up and down the stairs.
Overall, The Connect Chiang Mai is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who value convenience and comfort.

I am still very satisfied. The location is very close to the airport. The surrounding is very quiet. Standing on the balcony, you can see Doi Suthep Mountain in the distance. There is a cafe downstairs of the hotel. The view from the balcony is beautiful every day.
Cleanliness: Someone cleans the room every day. The bedding is neatly folded and the floor is mopped very clean.
I met the boss on the day I left. He was very kind and asked me how my stay was. Although I am not good at English, he patiently communicated with me using translation software.
I am very happy to come to Chiang Mai this time. I will definitely come again next time.
