We loved everything about the Jomkitti Boutique Hotel. The staff were helpful and efficient - particularly the receptionist who spoke to our van hire company on our behalf). The room was big, clean and had everything we needed. Great pool where you can find sun and shade. Although in a quiet street was within a short walk of restaurants, temples etc - great location. There is also a lovely coffee shop next to reception. The only negative ( and not a major problem ) is that our room had an adjoining door to the next room and although no one could get in, you could hear guests talking quite clearly. We would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The room is very large, the decoration is also very good, the service is also very good, but the air conditioner is a bit loud, the hotel is very convenient to go anywhere in the ancient city, the double bed room has a balcony, it is very convenient to dry clothes, the breakfast is not very rich, the main price is cost-effective, The hotel in the ancient city, this one should be considered relatively cheap.

The location is on the south side of the ancient city, 10 minutes away from the women's prison massage and the weekend night market. The clerk is very nice and the room is very comfortable. The breakfast is relatively simple and full. No, the swimming pool is very small, and it is okay for children to play. If the cleaning switch is not pressed, it will default to no cleaning.

It's centrally located, so it's easy to get around in the old city~ The early check-out was also great! It's clean and a good place to stay.

The hotel is relatively small, but it is very comfortable to live in. It is in line with the charm of the city of Chiang Mai. Opposite is an elementary school, so there are snacks and milk tea shops around. The clerk is very attentive and guides us a lot of delicious and fun places. Chiang Mai must go on weekends to catch up with the weekend night market. Very close to the hotel and there is a rooftop where you can chat and drink with friends

The first time that me and my husband had been in Chiangmai, we booked the hotel and mentioned that it was our honeymoon trips with no expectation of anything else. And we got the room set up so nice. The staff and the owner himself are very friendly and kind, it hotel is not big but cleaned and functional.

It’s beautiful, warm, comfortable, bedrooms are spacious & clean boutique hotel tat is inside Chiang Mai old city. Opp is a elementary school & a big temple b’hind.(Sch children loves to hang out outside the hotel, which they looked comfy & happy. As they’re waiting for their parents or relatives to pick them up aft sch.So for travellers & guests, heads up!) This hotel is appx.20mins drive away from both Chiang Mai Bus Terminal & International Airport.(Depends on the time of the day of the peak hrs jam.) The neighborhood & this hotel’s location gets busy during early evening from around 4pm - 6pm.Not too sure about the early morning,as I was already out of the hotel @ 5am on the 1st morning (joined group tour) or still in bed the rest of my stay there (my rm happens to be facing the temple b’hind). I really do njoy my stay & the walks ard the location.Even the locals, they are very sweet & nice drivers.Giving ways & slowing dwn for me & others to cross or walk by the roads/alleys.(Still better to watch ur steps & watch out for traffics.) The location gets quieter through the late evening/night & wee morning, even on weekends(which is surprise for me,cos usually weekend shd be the busiest days). Hotel provides bicycle, rent for free.Cyclist will njoyed the rides, every corner of the alleyways or in the road but watch out for vechicles & people tat might cme frm all corner of the alleyways & roads. Not to b afraid abt the quietness or dark spots as there are still street lights & security guard on duty outside the school.(opp the hotel) Shops around the location seems to open for businesses late around 10am,however there are other small eateries & shops(selling clothings, accessories, souvenirs & even massage parlors etc.)opened around 9am as well. Staffs are very helpful & friendly,I had a terrible neighbor next to my rm,complaint to the staffs 3days straight.Fortunately on the 4th day I managed to meet the hotel manager,Dustin. He was very patience to listen to my feedback & the whole situation I was trying to tolerate & managed to upgrade me to another rm. Also I would like to thank, zee (the receptionist @ the front desk).I’ve been troubling her & she even suggested the malls to visit. There was another receptionist working w Zee on my 2nd last day there, but didn’t managed to get her name. She was also suggesting the mall to visit too, very nice & sweet staffs the hotel has (do cherish them). As I agreed w other guests reviews, the rooms has thin walls so for those who r sensitive to noise tis hotel might b a problem. For those who aren’t sensitive to noise,I highly recommend tis hotel. However the hotel breakfast r juz basic, unless you’re in a rush to catch the plane or bus b4 u check out,u can drop by their breakfast area. The server was very nice to help me pour out my tea.

Amazing pillows and comfy bed! Tidy room and good location to walk around old town. Didn’t feel as warm an atmosphere as in previous hotels... It almost felt like we were the only ones there. The pool would have been nice if there was some gentle background music or if there was a pool bar etc. The breakfast spread was poor with little choice, or at least little choice. The shower was nice but the rainfall shower head had a spray that went all over the bathroom sink and worktop and the slippers were tiny. Average hotel, you can stay comfortably there for a good nights sleep but if you’re looking for the extra details and finesse that make for a happy stay where you feel welcomed and there’s a nice vibe, this probably isn’t it. Staff were polite and there’s a great coffee shop at the bottom of the hotel which does amazing coffees! :-) there was also a great view of the mountain from the terrace !
