Nice view from the 2nd floor with a large balcony but I can hear the band playing at night..bed and pillows were a bit firm.. TV was okay with a few movie channels in english.. The bathroom was okay but there was not enough room to put 2 peoples things like make up and toiletries.. bath and shower was combined care should be taken getting out Breakfast was okay.. not much western food The pool upstairs was deep and cold.. too cold The pool on ground floor was a good size but easy to fill up with kid we ordered a large pizza but it was really small On the top floor they have a beautiful restaurant with unbelievable views. A touch of class Booking will trip.com was a breeze

Good location, big rooms for 2 bedroom suite. Can improve on hotel curtains as some already in bad shape. Overall very strategic location.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. This is 30 seconds walk from Hard Rock Cafe and night bazaar. Close to many bars and restaurants!

- Check-in time is 2pm, we reached around 2:30pm. The reception said *room isn't ready yet*. And she said that our booking room type doesn't have a king bed. *If don't have, why show in available bed type (both twin bed and king bed)? Also why never inform before they accept booking confirmed? - The seat arm is broken. - We stayed 3 nights. The towels they changed are getting worn more and more every day. - The desks are also not cleaned every day. - As an overall review, it's sure that I won't choose this hotel again throughout my life.

The hotel was wonderful. Strategic location, near to night markets, clean and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The little thing is the hotel is a bit old.

Honestly for my first visit to CM to this hotel, it felt like a dead area, but then I realised its one day after songkran so most shops were still not open for business, the next few days felt alot more alive. Plenty of bars nearby on the left side, 7 11 just opposite the hotel, and bike rental opposite too, right side is a crowded night market. All walkable actually if you don't mind walking. Good location. If you're staying in the old city recommend this place. If you prefer the new city area would stay somewhere else.

Great staff especially the female receptionist during our stay. Helped us with our issues missing items at royal park n called the tiger kingdom for us! Appreciate it so much. Nice pool also n brkfast was good

I went to Chiang Mai and stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel looks old outside, but everything functions well. Nice swimming pool, massage parlor, and sauna. Good location to night bazaar, where you can find tasty food nearby.

Good hotel, good location, good facilities. Bedroom good size plenty of space. Starting to look a bit dated in some parts. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection.

Great dtay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and cleaned everyday. Comfy bed, slippers and robes, wirh free toiletries and clean towels. Water, tea and coffee left in the room. The bath and hot water topped it of.. Gym fantastic with lots of equipment and the pool.was nice. So the hotel provided everything i needed. Its a tall hotel with 24 floors and was very busy. An amazing stsy worth every penny. Central to all the markets plus walking street. 7/11 opposite and accross the road from the Hard Rock cafe and Mcdonalds. close to the famous Phae Gates and i recommend to do the hop on and off bus tour, which you can get near the gates. It takes you to the elephant and tiger parks too. Happy exploring! .

Overall for the price I won’t complain. Great location, service okay, cleanliness slightly below average (mostly because It is an older antiquated establishment). Just pack some Clorox wipes and shower shoes. There is a 7-11 right across the street in case you need anything. Breakfast was average but the pool and spa was great.

Good location. Walking distance to the night market. Walking distance to morning market. Spacious room. Average breakfast. Big dining area for breakfast.

Location of hotel very good. Near to night bazaar and lots of food options. Market not too far away too.
