We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Also, new paper towels were put on every day. The room was large and air conditioning and water heater were available. The curtains in the bathroom needed to be replaced (some faded), and the carpet in the building was dirty. This hotel has no personality. If it is spending the same money, we would prefer to choose a hotel with a better environment and high-end beds and high-end breakfast. It reminds me of those large Chinese hotels in the communist era. The receptionist didn't smile much but barely did.

That day was my weekend that I wanted to escape the hustle and bustle from Bangkok, so I took the train to chill. When I arrived, I took a red car to the hotel. This place has the perfect location dead center of the old city. The rooms are very clean with super comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. A/C works efficiently and cools the room quickly. We booked the family room and the double room, which was perfect for my family of 8. The bathrooms were very large with hot water, shampoo, soap and shower gel. There is a mini fridge, safe, umbrellas, with complimentary coffee and water each day in the rooms. Television has many local and movie channels. The free wifi works very fast and steady. The staff are exceptionally friendly and work hard to accommodate your requests and provide very useful information. Anu, the housekeeper, is amazing. He is attentive and has a good sense of humor. If you have a late arrival, send the hotel a message beforehand because they lock the front door. If you arrive and nobody is there, call Anu at +66832998047. If you speak slowly, he will understand you. Kittikorn, the general manager, was also extremely friendly and helpful. The big red taxis drive right up to the hotel. No need to call for one. There's usually one every minute. The restaurant has a good menu. We didn't eat there because we just wanted to eat street food until we couldn't walk anymore. The Sunday market opens up directly in front of the hotel and is an amazing experience. Plenty of delicious street food, clothing and souvenirs at cheap prices in every direction. We're definitely staying here again, when we come back!

We stayed for 2 nights, English speaking staff, very friendly too, AMAZING location and Thai style. Everything was clean, neat, eco friendly, quiet and family friendly. The only downside is that the restaurant was overpriced which we didn’t eat there.

This place is so uncomfortable with no comments. The location is relatively biased. I lived in the northeast area of the ancient city of Tha Phae in the past few days in Chiang Mai. Child feels not small and fresh. During the stay, it was renovated and an elevator was installed, so it was noisy during the day, and it was the sound of electric drills, and the workers came every day. The room provided was on the first floor. There were many mosquitoes, and many bags were bitten at night. There were no mosquito coils in the room. The sanitary situation is also average, the sheets are yellow and yellow, older, and there are small stains on them. The rooms on the first floor were very dark and depressing. The only bright spot was the breakfast. This one does n’t know why the ratings are high on booking, so the business is good, it ’s impossible to checkin early, it is absolutely necessary to wait until 2 o'clock to give you your room, and cleaning the room is slow. My husband and I stayed in this hotel in November for five nights. The hotel was lovely, clean with spacious rooms. The staff tried their best and were always friendly when you arrived back at the hotel. The only downside was the wet room style bathroom with no window. Great location in the old town, the main sights are only a few minutes walk away!

Everything that a great hotel has to offer and provide to their customers is found in Roseate Chiang Mai hotel. With excellent service, room, decor and most of all incredibly cheap price this beats a 5 star hotel anywhere else in the world. We decided to spend our New Year holiday in Chiang Mai and go there on a Sunday so we can experience the Sunday market in the Old city. The hotel is located at the Northern end of the city that boundaries Chang Puak gate and the North end markets. The canal tributary of Mae Ping river is also across the hotel. The hotel's location is great that were just 10 mins walk from the center of the old city so we have some quite and at the same visit the Old city anytime we want. The busy Sriphum Road also has many local buses, taxis and tuk tuks if you need to go to other parts of Chiang Mai. As a boutique hotel the decor is beautiful - a twist of Thai and Romantic theme with flowers and paintings all over the hotel. The color motif is Red and Pink. The lobby is wide and spacious. The check-in and check-out went out quite fast and easy. They also provide tour packages in their tour desk. Just before the entrance there are several coffee tables set-up if you would like to sit, relax and enjoy the cool weather Chiang Mai has to offer. The hotel has lift and stair despite its a low rise hotel which is a great feature. Our room is on the 2F and we have several access to it - at the back, stairs and lift. The room is very big and spacious. Clean, Homy, Quiet, Private and Cozy. They provide safety lock and slippers which not all hotel provide. Water and Coffee/Tea are complimentary. The wi-fi is very fast and the TV channels have both local and cable and plentiful. The Queen size bed is clean, comfortable and big. The toilet is equally big with shower and sink separately, they also have unlimited soap and shampoo dispensers. At the price of just 50 dollars per night we have free breakfast with it and I am very much amazed - it is a buffet!!! A combination of Thai and Western foods. The choices are fresh and delicious. It was a short brief 3 days stay in Chiang Mai but if I go back no question and doubt about it - I will be back at Roseate Hotel Chiang Mai wholeheartedly. Kapkunkap :=)

We stayed 4 nights in a family room for €130. We found this hotel really very welcome. The staff is incredibly kind. They are all extremely helpful. The entrance hall is very comfortable and we feel very well. It is equipped with several washing and drying machines which is very convenient to wash its clothes. It needs to count 40 baths to make a wash and 40 to dry. There are several co-fortable chairs to relax, cocoon eggs to relax and a wallon. There are no ml of shops and restaurants nearby and a 7-11 at the end of the street. There was really nothing missed. The room was clean and comfortable. Absolutely acceptable for the price. The shower is summary but sufficient. The only negative point would be the absence of real windows, but since we were just there to sleep, it did not give us any problem.
