Around 18 mins driving distance from the old town area. Sound proof is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel invests some smart tech for convenience of customer. Great hospitality, they attend to your needs immediately.

Stopped here a few times, mainly because my Thai in-laws love the place, only because it is so close to the airport. Every visit something was wrong!! Not exactly the cheapest accommodation either.The toilet would not flush in one room, the taps at the bathroom sink turned with the handles in another room. We could not sleep because of the road noise (we were on the 5th floor!) in another room. The wi-fi was non-existent in one room.There was no hot water in another room. Every room the shower trays filled up with soapy water and was very slippery; dangerous in fact. The breakfast was OK for me, nothing flash. Toast, jam, juice, tea, coffee, milo, all the basics. Not real sure why people were climbing through the window to get here though. One lady I saw scraped all the brown off her toast, so that is was just white!!?? (Something to do with Thais believing that toast causes cancer I was told). Loved the sign beside the toaster that actually worked (the other one was broken on every visit and was just sitting there collecting dust). No cancer from that one! Words to this effect: ”Please do not put butter and jam on bread before placing in toaster.” At least the beer from reception 'fridge was cheaper than most shops. Nice and cold too. Gotta love it!

Very good, the front desk service is very good, smiling and patient, the room is clean and hygienic, with separate toilet and shower room, and a swimming pool. This hostel is the ceiling of Chiang Mai. I hope it can be maintained. Thank you 🙏

The room is quite old, not much improvement. Unlike the rooms when traveling a lot, but the prices are not different, so pay an additional 70 baht to get a better room is worth it for me. Room in the same building But different sections are very different. I feel disappointed

Very polite and friendly staff. The hotel responded promptly for a late pick-up request from the airport (email in advance). The room was clean and the washing machine was handy (they also helpfully provided a little washing powder and washing up liquid). The room had everything we needed, including a little balcony area to dry clothes. There was a nice looking pool we didn’t have a chance to try, but looked in good working order. There is a large mall less than ten mins walk away. Would definitely recommend for short stays or early/late trips to and from airport.

This is supposed to be a 4 start hotel but would say it is a 3 star. The staff barely speak english. Whilst it is close to the airport and Central Plaza Shopping Mall, there is nothing else near. You will need a taxi to get around. The airport offered a free transfer from the airport but failed to turn up and no one understood us when we complained and then they charged us for the return back to the airport. The room was OK but quite dark. Bed was firm. There was a fridge in the room which was helpful. Plenty of spaced to hang your things. Also a top that ran under the window and gave plenty of space for toiletries and small items. To get to the dinning room you had to come down to ground floor and cross by the swimming pool and up some stairs. Most food geared up to Thai people althought he lady there was very helpful in sorting me out with food as I am a vegetarian. The hotel was not noisy however if you are a light sleeper then dont get a room on the front. I had to wear earplugs. Swimming pool is right by reception ???!!! This hotel is ok for a short stay but not 2 weeks holiday

We chose this boutique hotel because the good price added quality. 700-800 Bath per day without breakfast. But for breakfast there is xym coffee attached to the hotel or for breakfast to the Thai just cross the street, with caution. Stay on the yellow lines in the center and wait for the flow of car and bike. Sometimes there is a nice watcher at 7 pm to help the pedestrians.Very comfortable swimming pool on the 5-storey-center building roof. Free parking if there is a place.I was building A.We move with app. Grab. Yes call a car and arrives in 3-5 minutes. To reach the Tha Pae 80 Bath. Most expensive tuk tuk.Dinner From the other part of the night market or where you want.

Location is good as it's right across from Central Airport Shopping Centre. A fair bit of a walk to get to Old Chiang Mai but taxi was only 150 Baht Room was clean and staff were friendly. Not much of a menu and kitchen closed and 2.00pm but with so much food around really wasn't an issue. Rooftop pool was great

This is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve stayed at in Chiang Mai. The staff are warm and friendly. Also incredibly helpful. The rooms here are amazing and clean, the breakfast was fantastic the pool is impeccable and the beauty of this resort is hard to match. From amazing sunrises over the river the quiet and peaceful location. I highly recommend Maraya Resort to everyone. This amazing hotel even has its own hydroponic system for sustainable food. One honestly could not ask nor find a nicer place to stay in Chiang Mai.

The room was clean and the equipment in the room was good. There was a washing machine, microwave, kettle (a bit old), but if there was an iron, it would be good. Towels changed every day. But only one card can enter the room, so you have to go anywhere in the room because the elevator needs a key card but overall is very satisfied with the room. Recommended for people with private cars.
