พื้นห้องเหนียว และไม่สะอาด
ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด

The room floor is sticky and not clean.
The bathroom is not clean.

ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างห่างจากตัวเมือง ไม่ค่อยมีไรกิน พนเกงานบริการดีมากกกก แต่ไม่ประทับใจอย่างนึง คือกลุ่มประตูห้อง 2A5 เปลี่ยนได้แล้วนะค้าาา ห้องพักเก็บเสียงดีมาก เงียบสงบ บรรยากาศ เตียงนุ่มพอดี แอร์เย็น ห้องสว่างดี แต่เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ค่อยจะเสถียรเรื่องอุณหภูมิเท่าไหร่ อยู่ดีๆร้อนเหมือนลวกขนไก่เลยค่ะ

The location is quite far from the city. rarely have anything to eat Service work is very good. But not impressed at all It's the door group of room 2A5, you can change it now. The soundproofing room is very good, quiet, the atmosphere, the bed is soft, the air conditioner is cool, the room is well lit, but the water heater is not very stable about the temperature. Suddenly, it's hot like scalding chicken hair.

เราว่าโอเคเลยนะ ทางโรงแรมบริการดี โดยรวมคือดีเลยเเนะนำ ส่วนเรื่องราคาเราว่าก็สมราคาเลยนะ

The rooms should be completely renovated. They are old and the shower is dirty.  Staff is friendly. Not too far from the center but not very close either with a tough road crossing. Would not recommend until they renovate. The price is OK,but you can find better for the same amount.

The location is quite far from the city. Not much to eat The staff is very good. But not impressed One thing Is the door group of room 2A5 can be changed. Suddenly it's hot like a chicken hair.

First time in chiang rai we stay for 3 nights in rama residence the place was convience to 7 eleven , night market , and also 15 minutes to get their .everything was fine but not very good , room was comportbale specially the pillows we had a soft and comportbble pillows and bed . breakfast I spoor they had same menu everyday  few choices ,quality and variety are not good . overall 3 nights stay we enjoyed .we are hoping to visit and stay here again .
