The property is in a nice location with lots of houses and cute hipster coffee shops and the belle epoque styling is very charming. They’ve definitely fallen behind on maintenance, though. There’s quite a bit of cracked tile and infiltrated water which just gives the whole experience an air of shabbiness. It’s a shame because it’s an otherwise very charming place

Good accommodation, beautiful English garden style, clean rooms, very soft mattresses, comfortable sleep, good breakfast, arranged as a set to choose from, the atmosphere and decorations are very cute. There are beautiful corners around the hotel. Gives a very Hommie feeling. Lovely staff Attentive to service, speaking well, very impressed. Next time if I come to Chiang Rai, I will definitely stop by and sleep here again.

This hotel is probably the best resemblance of the English hotels and B&Bs in Thailand, especially on a rainy day like when I was there! It is also clean and comfortable with central location. I will recommend to my friends and will definitely come back myself.
