Not enough light in the room-cannot read books.
Staff were friendly but service is inadequate -you have to ask to make the room and clean.
I returned to a room with ants cover rubbish in a bin, not provide drinking water, messy room.
I moved the room twice due to noise and broken sink.

This hotel is located in the middle of town. Breakfast is per order. There is no lift in this hotel.

The flush doesn't work which should have been checked prior to arrival. Other than that its a comfortable stay. It's not too close to the city centre but a good exercise if you love to walk.

Hotel is nice clean everything is quite good but there was very loud noice from other air con not sure where exact. Also noticed that bed mats can feel springs inside but staff very kind also very vlean good value

Quiet and serene environment, away from heavy traffic. It's smacked right in between central chiangrai and clock tower. The old airport is just a short walk away.

There was also shampoo and body soap. There was a small insect on my desk. I didn't really care. There is water and coffee ☕️ in the lobby. I loved coffee time every morning. There are many massage parlours, convenience stores, and food stalls nearby, so it wasn't a problem even if it was a little far from the center. It was a nice hotel where you could spend a quiet and relaxing time. The people at the front desk were nice, but they didn't speak English at all, so that was a bit of a problem. This is a hotel that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.
