clean room there is room for improvement. There is a telephone in the room but no answer when we call reception. it would be good to have a telephone directory to call reception or other services and daily top-up for toilet roll and coffee/tea.

Staff was friendly and helpful in introducing places to go and eat. Room is simple but got what we wanted except the air conditioning was noisy and one of the two not working properly. Overall, clean and comfortable except it is a bit of a walk from night bazzar and very quiet to walk back at night after massages

Hotel is fairly new. The staff are friendly and approachable. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with USB charging points! The bathroom is a huge size and quality fixtures. There is no restaurant or cafe open in the hotel. Cafe and Thai restaurant across the street. Grab taxi, tuk-tuk, Songthaew easy transport. Not far from bus terminal 1 and night bazaar The beds are a little firm but quite comfortable. There's a lift and stairs. The room was quiet and cleaned each day during our 2 night stay. We highly recommend Mira Hotel Chiang Rai.
