酒店地理位置極佳，走去會意生活村只須12分鐘。酒店本身還有游泳池跟停車場，設施非常完善，周邊的餐廳也非常多，公園也很近。就唯獨酒店的餐食和價位不配比。

在半個月前就已經預訂好2個晚上，到達現場卻沒有訂房資料，服務人員手忙腳亂的找很久說找到了，沒有任何住宿說明領取房卡後就請我們直接上樓，到房間門口房卡卻無法感應，於是讓小孩老公在門口等，我又衝下去櫃檯，櫃檯只淡淡的說有時候會這樣然後又說這樣可以了，沒有感受到任何的專業跟服務態度，就這樣過了一晚。
第二天中午準備到嘉義市區走走，出發前打電話給櫃檯請他們通知房務幫我們做簡單清潔，離開前也把門口的清潔燈打開，傍晚回到飯店，直接搭電梯回房間要進門時，卡片又被消磁了，又要跑一趟到櫃檯，櫃檯只說不要跟手機其他信用卡放一起，好像一副是我們自己的疏失，如果一張卡片消磁就算了，兩張一起消磁而且其中一張還是單獨放在口袋裡，這點我心裡已經很不舒服了，也不是第一次住飯店真的是第一次遇到卡片時不時消磁的，接著進房後整個房間完全沒有請清潔痕跡，真的是忍不住了打電話到櫃檯，櫃檯還質疑我說我有提早說嗎😡😡😡我非常堅定的說我有，他就說請我等一下，過一下子回電說房務人員五分鐘後來打掃可以嗎？我說我們人在房間這樣不是很奇怪嗎？但是她就說人在沒關係，但是我們跟房務一起待在房間實在太奇怪了！可是我們有游泳所以有一些浴巾還有垃圾等等還是需要整理，所以我們一家只好到一樓大廳坐著等房務清潔完再上樓，說真的，飯店的清潔度沒有問題，整體也是舒服的，可是我真的被櫃檯人員的處理方式跟態度搞得很毛，之後再到嘉義旅遊不會選擇貴飯店了。
