The front desk service is very good
But the efficiency of valet parking needs to be improved. It took about 20 minutes for the bus to arrive.
The rooftop bar is not open in winter. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

cozy, small hotel in a good area, close to everything. the rooms have everything you need, a coffee machine, wine glasses, a minibar, a refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes and the necessary toiletries. From the window of the suite, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. the cleaning was daily, but not perfect, there was a lot of dust in the corners on the floor and on the furniture, but it was a wonderful stay and the overall impression of the hotel did not spoil. I will stop in the future.

The location is good because it is located in downtown, and the facilities were clean and good because it was recently remodeled.
The staff are also very friendly!!

Viceroy is a true five star experience in a tight package. They have certainly figured out how to deliver a warm and luxurious stay while continuing to feel boutique and accessible. Small moments like a kind welcome letter, lobby Easter egg hunt, and friendly service made for a tremendous stay I’d recommend to anyone. The neighborhood is nice, polished, and can be potentially quiet. However, in a short walk, you can find yourself in the mix of Chicago’s top attractions. Overall, this property was terrific and I would love to discover the others now.

Amazing rooms, location, and stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, making check-in super easy and offering plenty of suggestions for things to do in the city. Our room was BEAUTIFUL, the bed was so plush and cozy. My favorite part was the bathroom which featured a deep bathtub, standing shower, and heated floors. Such a nice touch! The hotel was in a great location with plenty of dining and shopping options in walking distance and a restaurant on location in case the weather is bad. This place was amazing and I definitely would return or recommend to others.

Great hotel, great location, great staff - all around a fabulous place to call home while you are in Chicago. I was at The Viceroy for a large corporate event (~60 people) and the conference rooms were clean, well organized and beautifully decorated - the banquet services were delicious and timely - and the team ensured everything flowed smoothly. Everyone at The Viceroy was professional and friendly but special shout-outs to Evie with Conference Services, Randy and Mario with Banquet and Cameron at the Front Desk!

Great hotel, went here for a company on-site. The entry way is very welcoming by door folks and desk staff. Restaurants are close enough by for a quick bite. Everything is clean, rooms have good connectivity (chromecast + e-tip should be at every hotel these days). Would stay again!

Excellent experience all around. Awesome location. Modern, clean, and terrific service. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. My wife and friends echo this experience. Highly recommend! Will stay again in the future.
