Just hope the room odor can be cleared. other than that everything is good.

Location is good, friendly staff

Very good hotel. Our room type is a corner view room. When the weather is good, the view is very beautiful. There is also a microwave in the room, which is very convenient. There is also a bar next door. The most important thing is that it is very close to the exhibition and the room is quiet enough!

If I would’ve known how much it was to park there then I would not have booked!!The valet service was horrible,paying $60 a night and only being able to leave 3 times is crazy.Then I chose to just pay for the parking in the back and I saw the valet driver driving others peoples cars so crazy and hitting other people’s cars with the doors trying to squeeze into small spots.I was happy that I chose to pay for parking in the back because he was disrespectful to other people’s property!!For the price you would think that there wouldn’t be coffee stains on the remote and cabinets.Breakfast was expensive and nasty..They need to do better.Ill never stay there again.

Be careful if you pay ahead for parking. Valet parking is the only option for this hotel. You will be charged and will have to constantly remind the valet and front desk that it is already paid for.

It was all I needed. The option for the parking and 2 drinks was great. Although I went to the lot behind thinking I’d get a validation, nothing warned me of not using that lot. Other than that, everything was great. 😊

We stayed here for a concert and the hotel was within walking distance to the McCormick place where the concert was held. Property had valet parking which was great. The only thing I wish they had was someone to help with bringing luggage to your room. Other than that, the hotel was perfect, great location, the staff very friendly and accommodating. I Will definitely support this hotel again. Not to mention the rooftop bar on the 22nd floor was perfect as well. We didn’t even have to leave the hotel to have a great night life experience.

The only problem we had were loud neighbors. The walls are paper thin and there was a family that kept us up until 2 am. Other than that, the staff and hotel itself was wonderful! As long as we didnt have to be up early the next day, we would definitely stay again.

We had an issue with the first room we were provided (a bad bed). Upon informing the front lobby staff (Shawn and Mario), they were very responsive and helpful. They quickly switched our room with very little inconvenience. We greatly appreciated the level of service provided.

It was cool. But I had booked a king and when I got there my room wasn’t ready then I was offered two queen I denied just to come back and was put in a room with two queen. Told me there was nothing they could do.

Great space that was quiet and walkable (inside) to McCormick for an event. Parking was pricey, but that's true everywhere in Chicago. Starbucks closed early (4pm) which was a bit surprising. Overall a very good stay.

This was a great overall experience. The staff was amazing and the room and the view was breathtaking
