Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not valet our vehicle but the valet guy was very friendly and helpful with unloading our vehicle. Definitely will be returning to this hotel.

Nice location in the center of everything you need. Oudated rooms, 2 elevators for the whole hotel so we had to wait in line for our turn. Won't book again

The facilities were clean and overall good for the price. I would like to stay again.

The location is very good, close to the Magnificent Mile and a 5-minute walk from the Mies-designed Lakeside Building. The surrounding area is a high-end community, there are parking buildings available for reservation, the area is well-ordered, and there is no sense of insecurity at night at 21:00. The front desk has a good attitude and good service. The room is compact and reasonable in space, with a separate living room, bedroom, cloakroom and toilet. The bar with mini sink is practical. Overall, it's worth staying!
