Hampton Inn & suites is a great location as it is walking to Michigan ave where you can shop all the high end branded shopping spree & love walking by the river walks w/ lots of restaurants to go. Also this place has hot breakfast & the staffs are very nice. Will use this hotel again when I come back to Chicago. Jody is great . Thanks

Need to have halal/ kosher/vegetarian options for breakfast. Most products had pork in them.

The hotel is quite good. Many Americans will stay here. Breakfast is hot and cold. Coffee and hot water are available. Luggage storage is free. The environment is also good. The location is great and it is worth booking. On the second night, there was a foreigner celebrating his birthday opposite. It was quite noisy and the soundproofing was not good. This is the case abroad.

The room is relatively new, the price/performance ratio is good, the stay is very comfortable, the environment is good, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is American style, simple but OK, and there is fruit, overall good

OK hotel but poor service. We arrived at 2 p.m., we were confirmed that the room was ready….but $23 if we wanted to check in before 4 p.m.!!! We stayed 2 nights, the room was never made up

Only 1 of 3 elevators working at multiple points. Toilet was strange and was never really sure it would stop running. Did not open full breakfast area even though it was obvious there was not enough places for all the people to sit. Charged me $25 for early check in. Location was good, staff was helpful with transportation options.

Great value for the location. Lots of places within quick walking distance. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great choice for staying with kids. Awesome downtown location, Belgian waffle bar at breakfast plus a pool. This Hampton Inn was just what we needed & our kids wanted!

I really enjoyed the check-in. However, upon arrival, the pool was closed so that kind of ******. Hopefully we get to use it before we check out other than that the staff is super awesome. They had so many recommendations for the area. They also gave us complementary toothpaste. We love that. The area is also really nice and convenient.

Great for our family!! We had a suite and it was very big and spacious!! My only complaint would be that there was an elevator down so wait times were long during busy times. We got extra stair steps in during our trip! So much was cost to the hotel. Breakfast was great! The staff was super helpful! Especially Jody at the desk!

Very average hotel. We booked a king suite and it met our expectations but definitely did not exceed. Bathroom was dated and had a weird set up. Pool was small, no hot tub, break fast was insanely packed, and elevators were under construction which made things difficult as we were on a high floor. It felt a bit like guests were packed in like sardines. On the bright side, staff was friendly and helpful and other guests were nice. Will not likely be choosing this hotel again but it was satisfactory.

The microwave was broke. I asked about it multiple times. They taped it shut, that was their fix. The refrigerator had a very foul smell.

Overall we had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is good, but was pretty busy. The pool was also very busy with kids. In addition, lines for the elevators however it was noted that they are planning upgrades to the elevators later in 2024. Request a room opposite the fire station to avoid all of the noise. We would definitely stay here again.
