We had an amazing stay! Everything was great from check in to check out! The highlight of our stay was the front desk associate named Warren! He was the absolute kindest gentleman! He greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome! He gave us many suggestions of what to see and do while in Chicago. When we checked out he offered to take a picture of us and of course we had to get one with him! Highly recommend staying here!

I chose the Hampton Inn Majestic because a clean bathroom is top priority for me. Other places caught my eye with gorgeous entryways and chandeliers but so glad I took this hotel. Courteous and down to earth staff. Crisply made beds every afternoon when we returned to the room, and fresh towels with that sterilized clean smell. We felt welcomed and will definitely come back next time we are in Chicago. Thank you 😊
