Great hotel. There was a huge volley ball convention when we were there but the staff managed it all with grace and speed.

Was switched to a room on a high floor with an amazing view of the chicago skyline. Due to low occupancy, restaurants were closed. Small bathtub go for the shower, and hard bed.

The hotel staff was pleasant, the room had a wonderful view, and there was opportunity to purchase food on site. The location was convenient to downtown and Hyde Park museum.

This was one of, if not the single worst hotel experience we have ever had. The staff was incredibly rude, and unhelpful. Property was in complete disarray organizationally. Everything was in complete chaos. Just an awful experience all the way around.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time staying in downtown. We stayed for the Chicago Auto show. We had a blast. Our experience was wonderful. Room was veey clean. We will definitely be back

We paid for parking and we’re told that we were able to come and go during our stay and when we checked out they charged us double for parking because they said we had already left. Very frustrating.

Everything was good except the part where I had no tub nor an operating TV. I called guest services and had an engineer come in my room only to advise a previous guest had to rest the tv and it was nothing he can do pretty much. Please be advised he was very friendly, all of whom I encountered gave me great professionalism! Just hate I had to use my phone the whole night and couldn’t watch the TV whatsoever.
