Gave us a late checkout and even extended that for us. Very accommodating.

Nice place to stay. Excellent location, breakfast was decent, room was very clean and cleaned really quickly. Bed was comfortable and the Internet worked well. Room was also quite big with a nice view. Also, had no issues with using the elevators but I guess this was because it was low season.

Nice Hotel on a good location, Walkable distance to Navy Pier, River side walk, Michigan Avenue, Chicago 360 and many other places. There are many places nearby for Lunch, dinner. Chipotle is located in hotel building. Breakfast was included and was okay. Not many options for vegetarians. Overall it was good stay.

The hotel is older, but very clean. The location is good and it's convenient to go everywhere.

Turning around the Magnificent Mile is Michigan Avenue, which is in a great location on the Magnificent Mile. Two 1.5-meter beds are more than enough for children. Breakfast is the same as before, nothing special, you can make homemade waffles, eggs, sausage or beef patties, with fresh apples and oranges.

The room is clean, comfortable, warm and luxuriously decorated

Housekeeping was very poor. They didn't take the initiative to change towels for three nights. After repeated requests, they only brought one or two towels. They also didn't clean the room. I will not stay again.

The arrangement is a bit bad. It is placed at the elevator entrance. It is noisy. There are not enough towels behind. You have to go downstairs to get them at night. I used Ctrip to book. I don't believe it. They asked you to verify your email and checked your passport. It is indeed convenient next to it.

It was a very good stay experience. I was on a business trip this time. I booked three rooms for my team and stayed in one myself.

It's very good. It seems to have cost more than 600, but the view is great and the room is huge.

There is no heating in the room, and the heater is deafening. I can only give a bad review for such an expensive hotel!
