The location is great, service is also good.But,the hotel is quite old,in the rush hours(8:30-9:30am),we waited for the elevator at least 10 minutes,even 20minutes! It was crazy!

The location was great. It is walking distance to downtown and sightseeing areas to see in Chicago. Room was spacious, and breakfast buffet was good. The elevator and hallway carpet floor is a bit rundown and needs more cleaning. Their staff are helpful. Overall, our stay was good.

Gave us a late checkout and even extended that for us. Very accommodating.

Nice place to stay. Excellent location, breakfast was decent, room was very clean and cleaned really quickly. Bed was comfortable and the Internet worked well. Room was also quite big with a nice view. Also, had no issues with using the elevators but I guess this was because it was low season.

Nice Hotel on a good location, Walkable distance to Navy Pier, River side walk, Michigan Avenue, Chicago 360 and many other places. There are many places nearby for Lunch, dinner. Chipotle is located in hotel building. Breakfast was included and was okay. Not many options for vegetarians. Overall it was good stay.

The location is good and clean. The disadvantage is that the elevator is located in the middle of the floor and there will be some noise no matter where you are, but overall it is acceptable.

The location is very convenient. There is a pretty good ramen restaurant opposite. A little further out is the department store where you can go shopping.

1. The indoor swimming pool is great, and there is also a bubble bath, which is a very good experience. 2. There is free hot water in the lobby, which is very convenient for Chinese people. 3. It is very convenient to travel near the airport

The room is in a great location, close to the subway, convenient transportation, and the view of Chicago is outside the window. It is very comfortable overall. I recommend everyone to stay here. I will choose this place again next time I go.

The hotel is older, but very clean. The location is good and it's convenient to go everywhere.
