The room is large and there is almost no airplane noise. The airport pick-up is at T2 CLL, which runs every 40 minutes (it is recommended that this be reflected in the hotel). It is a 5-minute walk from the CTA Blue Line. Please note that the subway ticket does not give change. It takes an hour to get to the city center. It is very convenient.
Facilities: You have to go to the front desk to get a toothbrush and slippers in the room. There is no kettle. There is a swimming pool downstairs, which is comfortable but relatively old.
Hygiene: Most of it is OK, but the details are so-so.
Environment: There is nothing to visit around, but it is very quiet.
Service: The front desk service is OK, and the restaurant service is OK. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast. The housekeeping service is bad. No tip, no service.

If you need to be close to the Airport this hotel is perfect, very modern, good food, has a great pool and Gym, Starbucks and free shuttle bus to the airport. It's a fair bit away from the city but you can take the blue line all the way in to the city centre.
It's a quiet area but a plenty of places to get food nearby. The only negative from my own perspective would be no free laundry room and the room cleaning seemed to be at completely random times.
Other than that I'd happily use this hotel again when in Chicago.
