Amazing time great hotel clean spacious big TV me and my son we enjoyed the view was nice and the room was amazingly cozy 🔥

Just stay for a short while during flight transfer

This time I chose a hotel near the airport, at least my friend didn’t say the booking was too bad.

The room is spacious and bright / the facilities are a bit old

The problem is the location, very far from the center.

The hotel is very close to O'Hare International Airport, about three or four kilometers away. It happens that the customer's company is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The set suite is very comfortable and has a sofa bed, which is very suitable for family travel. The price/performance ratio is also very high. The price of Ctrip activities is only more than 800 per night, which is very cost-effective.

The suite hotel is indeed very large, with complete facilities, and it is very comfortable to live in. Just 2 subway stops from the airport. If you are going to O'Hare for a transit, it is indeed a very good choice.

After the hotel deducted the deposit, it explained that Wi-Fi charges...Wi-Fi can be connected directly by entering information and there is no charge prompt. The hotel's own website is also free wifi. Regardless of the amount, I don't like to be charged without being informed and the deposit will be directly withheld. Bad review!

That would be great if you in this hotel they have a laundry because when I fly back to Minneapolis I have to get in dirty clothes that would be nice to have a laundry in the hotel like other hotel they do always my stay there was nice thank you guys

Considering we had our flight cancelled at 11pm and got stuck overnight, I was extremely exhausted traveling with my 2 young children I was extremely pleased to have found such a wonderful hotel last minute and with it being cold we did not have the proper attire to be out. It was especially wonderful to have the beautiful heated pool area! Buffet was really good with great service. Love the shuttle service option to the airport and the bed and room were extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

Very easy to take transit to downtown for sightseeing and shuttle service to and from airport work well

A clean, nicely furnished, and well-managed hotel! (Note: parking is $25/day and there is a $12/day WiFi charge — unless you're a Bonvoy member, then the WiFi is free).

Nice lodging for its proximity to the airport in-hotel shuttle to O’Hare. Good room and provided necessities, also enjoyed the convenience of The Market inside.

Good stay but the bed was a little hard and not the most comfortable. I love that they have a pool and hot tub.
