Beautiful view in room of Riverwalk. Cleaning could be a little bit better. Beds very comfortable. Location has Walgreens and Whole Foods nearby. Easy to walk to riverwalk. There is free ice cream and snacks on one of the days on the weekends. Concierge is polite but there is destination fee. Bar downstairs and upstairs are both nice but cafe is expensive. Good location.

There are many guests staying. If you want a lake view room, you need to call the hotel in advance to reserve.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Millennium Park and the magnificent mile, and it is only a five to ten minute walk away. The hotel’s price/performance ratio is relatively high. One unsatisfactory point is that the hot water was turned off one afternoon, and there was basically no hot water the next morning.
