Amazing location - close to the bean and all the happening places of Chicago and its riverfront. Staff was courteous and flexible in providing options. Morning coffee (that you have to buy from the lobby) was amazing. Overall great experience!! :)

Room is clean and spacious. The location is really good

The location of the hotel is great, opposite Millennium Park, within walking distance to Michigan Avenue, and not far from the subway station. Because I have a membership card, I would like to thank the handsome guy at the front desk for upgrading me to a room with a view.

It was a short walk to Millennium Park and Riverwalk. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the window was also nice.

Opposite Millennium Park, in the city center, the room is facing the lake, large and comfortable

The room is large, clean, and the environment is good. It is convenient to walk and take a taxi

Not expensive, very cheap, and the suite has a lot of space

The doormen and valet. The manager and staff all were wonderful and welcoming. They had the amazing gift of acknowledging us and saying Happy Birthday every time they saw us. Gave us directions to train, food and nearby attractions. We had several suites and a very large group. Everyone complemented how the hotel and staff made the experience that more special.

Never said anything about urban experience fee and i got charged without knowing im very mad….I should not be i never use it or aware.

The room was lovely but a bit dark. The hotel was having some construction in the lobby so some amenities were closed. However the staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful and clean the whole time. It's an older hotel but very well maintained and you can't beat the location!

I loved the stay staff was very friendly. All the guest there were very nice as well. I loved the room we were provided. It was very affordable.

We liked that it was so close to millinnium park and that restaurants were close by since we had no car. My husband really enjoyed employee Benjamin (valet). Can't really think of anything negative. We would stay there again!!

When my husband brought a concern to the front desk staff’s attention, it was acknowledged and rectified promptly. All other staff were similarly courteous and professional. The bar/cafe in the lobby was a convenient spot to enjoy breakfasts and simple and delicious lunches suppers.
