Was very clean staff was very friendly. The views were amazing. Had parking onsite which was nice. Was a short distance from stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Safety box broken, room isn’t as clean as we’d like

Great experience. good location. Comfy bed. Good lighting in he bathroom for selfies and doing makeup & confidence hehe One of the cheaper hotels in the area and very nice. Big room with a nice sitting area and a long desk for working. The staff all seemed attentive. Wow，there was a man at the bar of the hotel who was super friendly and lovely. I just went to ask him a question about the hotel's food service. There is a Trader Joe's across the street，good for getting snacks and food essentials. The man working the bar at the hotel was the one who told me about Trader Joe's. I would happily return to this hotel， even for an extended stay.

Quite comfortable, convenient transportation, and convenient travel around the area

This is a hotel I use every time I go to Chicago. First of all, the location is great. The room is clean and I love the indoor pool and small fitness room. (The water pressure is a bit weak.)
