Stayed here for one week. Great location in the heart of Chicago. Housekeeping staff must be top notch because the room was very clean. Amenities are very basic. Recommend bringing your own toileteries etc.

The location and cleanliness was good, however there is a lack of amenities that other hotels offer for the same price. The lack of slippers was something that I noticed.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are polite, helpful & professional. Great location. Walking distance to millennium park, the riverwalk, tour deck of the riverboat ride, food & convenient store. Even the train station nearby brought us directly to Ohare Airport, ticket only $3. Will surely stay here in the future.

About amenity, it is perfect except that there is no toothbrush. It was conscientious that the refrigerator was empty and I could cool what I liked. The room is perfect for both cleanliness and size. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

Centralissimo, camere ampie e ottimo bagno.Ottimo livello qualità / prezzo. A 5 min a piedi da River Walk, a quasi 10 minuti dalla fermata della Blu Line che porta all’aeroporto. Pulito. Non di lusso ma quel confort nello standard che dá sicurezza. Estrema disponibilità nel deposito bagagli. Mi è stata data la possibilità di lasciarne uno qualche giorno prima. Ci tornerei senza dubbio.
