Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Design is cute and seems to have a relatively lower cost similar to others in same category. Unfortunately, heat did not work well (took an entire night to get to high 60s/low 70s despite being on max and their engineer checking on the issue twice) and the shower pressure is extremely poor, which is probably the thing I care most about :( I also ended up keeping my blinds closed for the sake of privacy as the view for my room was ugly (just faced another tall building, even on a high/upgraded floor) and others could easily see in. Btw this was the king room on this site. I paid around $145. I don’t think I got a particularly poor room as I have an elite Marriott status that qualifies me for free upgrades, and the hotel was relatively empty on the day I stayed. Usually I don’t care much about quality of customer service, but it was overall quite poor on numerous issues, with the exception being the person who checked me in (she was quite stellar). But yeah would not stay in this hotel again if visiting Chicago.

The experience was great. The service was pretty good. The sheets and pillowcases had makeup stains, was not happy about that! Also, animal friendly, not sure if they separate rooms just for owners and animals. Or if they mix them!

This cost-effective and innovative hotel in a prime location is definitely worth recommending

The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. If you need something, the robot will bring it to your bedroom. Laundry service was good and fast. Enjoyed the stay and I will recommend it to others.

Ordered for the boss. The boss didn't say he was dissatisfied, so he was very satisfied.

The location of this hotel is PERFECT! It is nestled in a quiet spot less than 2 blocks from the shops, restaurants and excitement that is Michigan Ave! Millennium Station is about a mile away and walkable as well. The hotel places an emphasis on art and technology with beautiful artwork throughout. My two children loved the robots Leo and Cleo that will deliver essentials to your room such as additional towels or cups! The lobby also had a cool old-fashioned motion picture wheel that you could spin to watch a picture move. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well! A few disappointments - the lobby area is very small and tight, the room-service pizza we ordered wasn't great, and our mini fridge didn't work. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely visit again!

The room was clean, nice & cozy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was in a good area to access main attractions. I would recommend this hotel!

Staff was immaculate and polite. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Parking is pricey but that’s to be expected. The room was unique and modern.

Very cool unique hotel near Mag Mile. My kids loved the robot butlers, concierge overhead this and sent a special gift for them after check-in which made their day! Very thoughtful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean snd had a cool vibe. 10/10 will stay again

Very nice hotel. A couple of observations. There were directions to use an Alexa in our room and there was no Alexa. There was also no menu in our room. Our refrigerator was not working and we were promptly brought a new one. We did request a couple of cups from the front desk one night and they were never brought to our room. Overall good. The details need some work.

The hotel is amazing. It is especially a great place to stay if you’re going as a couple. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the hotel staff, room service robots, and valet parking. The vibes are definitely giving at this property.

This was our hotel of choice for Valentine’s Day but we will not be returning. It says check in is 4pm but there weren’t any rooms ready at 4. The line to check in was out of the door. We had to cancel our dinner reservations because we didn’t have time after waiting for the room. I made an order to be delivered by the Leo and Cleo robots which is my favorite part of the stay. An hour went by and we had to check out so we didn’t get it. When we went down to check out the robots were just sitting there and they didn’t even put in our order.

Great hotel with a great downtown location. Cool vibes inside and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping.
