As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that my stay at The Langham, Chicago was one of the best I've ever experienced. The location is fantastic, and our suite (702) was exceptional—spacious, luxurious, and beautifully appointed. Special thanks to the entire Langham Chicago team for their outstanding hospitality and service. If you're looking for one of the best options in Chicago, this is it!

Stayed with my cannily and it was a beautiful experience! Clean rooms and property. Service was great and breakfast choices was also good!

The location is very good, opposite the Trump Building, downstairs is the river, and you can walk directly to the Gorgeous Mile, parks, art galleries, etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from around, and it coincides with a large-scale music festival, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the hygiene and facilities are maintained at the standards of an old hotel. Recommended to stay!

The overall service attitude of the hotel is good, but the ironing ruined my clothes. Dining I personally think that only the snacks in the executive lounge are delicious, the restaurant inside the hotel is average, and the afternoon tea is really bad.
