Customer service was spot on throughout our long weekend. All very kind and friendly, from the lady who checked us in taking an interest to our stay, the gentleman who worked the late shift and a massive shout out to the general manager! Central location for everywhere we needed

Rooms were very clean, the staff were lovely and accommodating, always friendly with a smile on their face when we walked in. Great central place to reach town and for a walk around, only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Thank you for a great 2 night stay!!

This Travel Lodge has a great location just next to the cathedral and shops with the added bonus of free parking! The manager, Gina, is extremely welcoming and helpful! Would definitely recommend! to anyone wanting to explore Chichester.

We needed two rooms urgently after a very disappointing night in a nearby hotel. Travelodge came up trumps. All the staff (Kia, Gina and co) were wonderfully efficient, helpful and friendly. We cannot thank them enough. The hotel itself is well-situated and has free parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable and - most importantly - very quiet. Really, what more do you need? And a good price too. We'll definitely look for Travelodge next time.

Very nice stay. Easy check in, was perfect for a trip to goodwood. I was allowed early check as a gesture of goodwill which really helped me as I wasn't due back until late. Very helpful staff and clean and good Gina was great - super helpful and quick

Ideal location, and restful stay before and after the event. If it weren't for the event I would not have discovered it... and now if I'm in the area again I know where to stay.

The location of this hotel is great; literally just across the road from the cathedral and minutes away from all the shops, bars and restaurants. Gina, the manager, welcomed us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our room. She is a great asset to the hotel and we would definitely stay there again. The member of staff on duty at check out was equally friendly and helpful but we didn't get her name.

Hotel was lovely & clean! Noise free! Parking close by! Hotel Manager Gina was excellent! Helpful, friendly & enthusiastic! Other staff we encountered were also friendly! Can highly recommend! Thank you!
