La B&B

A wonderful stay with some super-friendly hosts. The room and separate bathroom was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was cooked fresh and hot. Parking is super easy out front of the home, and highway access is very easy (with a nearby gas station as well). Plenty of dining locations with a 5-7 minute drive into the main part of Chichester. Overall, a very nice experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our host asked us to please remove our shoes in the hallway. We were happy to oblige, as they provide basic slippers to wear indoors. This policy helps them keep the house spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful room overlooking the garden. Shower was excellent. You can eat as much cereal and toast as you like in addition to a lovely cooked breakfast. The house is well situated for walking into Chichester or to Fishbourne Romsn Palace, but also handy for Portsmouth, Petworth, Arundel, the beautiful Chichester Channel and the coast. The town has plenty of nice restaurants and every village seems to boast a pub which does good food. My only gripe is that the wash basin is rather too small.

Lovely room with great shower. Friendly owner and great breakfast. TV was OK but could have been larger with netflix etc.

The property met all our requirements. Eg good food quiet area and very nice hosts.

Stayed three nights while visiting Chichester. Welcomed warmly by polite and friendly hosts. Well situated with the centre of Chichester just a 15-minute walk away, so all amenities are within a short distance. Convenient on-site parking and the room and en-suite impeccably clean and decorated to a high quality. The dining room is spacious and nicely situated, with food well cooked and presented. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again when next in the area.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast each morning was good. Plenty of space for parking at the front of the property.

Excellent B&B. Hosts are lovely - go out of their way to assist you. Good location for walk into Chichester. Good location for visiting surrounding area. We had a 5 night stay and packed lots in while we were there.

We stayed in the LA B & B over the bank holiday weekend. We were going to the horse racing track. The B & B is only a short 10-15 walk to the bus station where you can catch a free shuttle bus to Goodwood. Lots of places to eat and drink in the town centre. The owners were wonderful. Nothing too much trouble and has to be the cleanest place we have stayed. We had the en suite room. Loved our stay The only thing I would say is that on the information issued by ********** it stated that Chichester Harbour was a 15 minute walk. This is certainly not the case as were in the town not the seaside Chichester harbour is actually a half hour drive away roughly 15.5 miles. Apart from the information being incorrect (not the fault of the B & B owners) we had the best time and sound definitely go back to LA B & B.
