La habitación es súper cómoda, la decoración es linda, baño y habitación en buen estado. El trato del personal es muy bueno. Tiene buena ubicación, ya que queda cerca a la plaza y restaurantes. De todas maneras si regresaría. Me voy contenta 😁

Solo mejorar el tiempo de espera para el Check-in, al ser un grupo grande tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo en pasar, las habitaciones no estaban del todo desocupadas a pesar de haber hecho la reserva con anticipación, luego todo bien habitación limpia y ordenada

La atención por parte de los empleados fue muy agradable y las habitaciones muy bonitas, las camas de muy buena calidad para que no dificultades para dormir , excelente señal de wifi y muy buena ubicación. En conclusión para mi es uno de los mejores hoteles de Chiclayo.
