J'ai passé un séjour avec mon père à l'OTL pendant le festival de Bagotville. Les chambres étaient vraiment confortables, parfaites pour se reposer après ces journées folles. La seule chose qui clochait, c'était la machine à vin du 2è étage que nous n'avons pas su utiliser correctement, A part ça, c'était un excellent séjour. Et enfin, un grand merci Cédric et Virginie pour leur patience et leur professionnalisme.

J'avais déjà séjourné dans cet excellent hôtel il y a quelques années, c'était déjà incontestablement le meilleur hôtel de toute la région. Cette fois-ci, l'expérience a été encore meilleure, j'ai été accueilli de façon très sympatique et découvert des chambres très luxueuses, spacieuses, au calme et dotées de tous les équipements possibles. Le restaurant est absolument fantastique, j'ai dégusté d'excellents homards et du boeuf Black Angus préparé à la perfection. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Gilles pour son accueil si chaleureux.

Simplement parfait ! Nous étions 3 et avons apprécié totalement l'expérience. La chambre est parfaite ! L'expérience thermale exquise. Le déjeuner offre beaucoup de possibilités. Le personnel est vraiment courtois. Un choix à refaire encore et encore !

We take quite a few long weekend and week trips in a year and I must admit we were overwhelmed by your hotel. At first glance you know you have entered a 5+ star hotel. Everything is clean and Zen. Staff is very curious and helpfull. The room is very well furnished and you have acces to every amenities imaginable. Beds are super comfortable and everything feels clean. Breakfast is very delicious. The only downside we experienced was in the outdoor gardenspa. The other guests (50%) did not know or respect the SPA rules. Silence is of the essence in a spa but toomany guests acted like it was a community swimming pool. Even though my wife advised staff 3 times (1/day for 3 days) No staff came to help... we finnaly left the garden every day a little frustrated that people were talking louder than the relaxing music. But even at that, we strongly recommend and will return to this hotel for sure... 4.8 stars for us..

C’était notre deuxième séjour à l’OTL Gouverneur Saguenay et nous avons adoré autant que la première fois. Le buffet déjeuner compris avec la chambre est de loin un des meilleurs et des plus variés que nous ayons eu! J’ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions dans la chambre (masque de sommeil, pantoufles, peignoirs, petits chocolats, bouteilles d’eau, café Nespresso, etc.) On se sentait presque comme dans un tout inclus!

Accueil chaleureux. Le personnel est souriant, professionnel et courtois. Chambre exquise !!! Lit King tellement confortable plusieurs oreillers moelleux avec oreiller de corps. Parfait pour toute personne qui recherche le confort et un sommeil réparateur. Café dans la chambre. Salle de bain avec grande douche à l'italienne. Et que dire du déjeuner inclus... Déjeuner en formule buffet/brunch tout simplement succulent !!!! Enfin un hôtel qui offre de véritables déjeuners complets et délicieux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons chaudement cet établissement.
