Clean hotel and staff always ready to help. The bathrooms could, however, be renovated. Pets are accepted however there is a fee of $75 the first night and $25 the following nights plus tax which is not displayed on the reservation sites.

I changed rooms because the air conditioning was not working. In my second room the air conditioning worked but did not drop below 24 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning filters were next to the unit, they were not installed. My room was missing a piece of floating floor. Next to my bedroom door was the entire furniture from the next room. It wasn't particularly clean.

La vue depuis les chambres coté Saguenay est extraordinaire et impressionnante. Vue sur la cathédrale également. Idéalement placé au centre de Chicoutimi. Parking pratique et gratuit. Établissement propre mais nécessiterait quelques travaux d'amélioration et d’équipements. Nous avons séjourné dans 3 chambres différentes et chacune avait son lot de pièces cassées. Décors de la réception triste, sans gout. Personnel très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner à la carte.
